Summary and Background Information: Attached is a brief summary of activities at the Suncor Refinery including two fires, equipment failures; air and water exceedances and EPCRA notifications. Suncor officials did announce a production shut-down until later in Q1 after these incidents are investigated. Additionally a status update of the Civitas applications is included. Suncor files and the EPCRA notification is included.
