Summary and Background Information

The City of Commerce City applied for a Growing Water Smart Grant through a partnership between the Sonoran Institute and Lincoln’s Institute’s Babbitt Center for Land and Water Policy for the funding of a design for a xeriscape demonstration garden.

 

The City was awarded $10,000 in grant funding from the Sonoran Institute to hire a consultant for the design of a xeriscape demonstration garden.
