An executive session of the City Council of Commerce City pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to a matter that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators for the potential offering of an incentive package for the proposed new development and business expansion of an industrial business in the City.
