Recognition of 9HealthFair volunteers

Body
Summary and Background Information:
For the past six years, the City of Commerce City has sponsored a Family 9HealthFair. This year's fair was held Nov. 3-4 at Adams City High School. Approximately 1,300 residents attended, receiving free and low-cost health screenings. The event's success relies on over 200+ volunteers, who provide medial and non-medical services, translation, parking, wellness activities and food preparation. The event would not be possible without a core group of individuals who begin planning the fair in July, who we recognize tonight for their role in making the annual event a success.
