Title

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 18250 EAST 92ND AVENUE

Body

Summary and Background Information: Second Creek Holdings, LLC is requesting to purchase an approximately 0.73-acre tract from the City. The property is currently vacant and adjacent to the Gramma Gulch drainageway to the south. The applicant desires to acquire this property to develop it as a private detention basin for future development to the north. After review of the proposed Second Creek Farm Filing No. 3 Amendment No. 3 application, the Development Review Team found that there are no adverse impacts to city-controlled drainage, such as the Gramma Gulch, and the city does not have any use for this property. A market value appraisal values the property at $56,000 ($1.75 PSF), which has been identified as the sales price of the property.

Staff Responsible (Department Head): Jeff Brasel, Interim Community Development Director
