Requesting an Ordinance Authorizing Outdoor Service Areas for Restaurants and Bars

Summary and Background Information: Revise Ordinance 2282 from emergency ordinance with temporary authority to permanent. We’d like first reading in April so that restaurant owners can prepare in advance of better weather. This will be packaged with reauthorization of restaurant delivery fee limit. Both are BREDAC requests.
