Requesting a Revision to Ordinance 2300 on Third-Party Food Delivery Service Fees

Summary and Background Information: Revise Ord 2300 to remove "temporary" limits. Requesting an ordinance enacting a new Article IV in chapter 9 of the Commerce City revised municipal code to establish a maximum fee that can be charged for third-party food delivery services in the City. This is in conjunction with revision of Ord 2282, in conjunction with Ord 2300. Both were BREDAC requests. First reading in April. Councilmember Douglas and I were council reps to BREDAC.
