Body

Summary and Background Information

Currently, Council Policy #CP-3 provides that boards and commissions operate under Robert's Rules of Order. On May 20, 2024, the City Council moved to formally adopt Bob's Rules of Order and amend Council Policy #CP-16 accordingly. In order to ensure all City public bodies operate under the same rules of order, Council Policy #CP-3 requires to be amended to provide for the City's boards and commission to formally adopt Bob's Rules of Order.
