RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMERCE CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES PROGRAM

Summary and Background Information: A resolution for the adoption of proposed revisions to the Economic Development Incentives Program, as presneted to City Council during study sessions on June 23, 2014 and July 14, 2014, will be presented for approval. If approved, the revised program will go into effect January 1, 2015.

Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends adoption of the recommended updates to the Economic Development Incentives Program.
Suggested Motion: I move that Resolution 2014-56 Economic Development Incentives Program Update be approved.
