Summary and Background Information: 

Staff has continued to work on finding a suitable location for the criminal justice center in the Northern Range based on Council's direction from previous meetings. To lend subject matter expertise to this process, staff has contracted a broker in order to facilitate the search for a property that fits these criteria; the broker will present an overview of currently available property in Commerce City. Staff will also be available to provide updates on the search process and take direction from Council regarding additional criteria to consider and next steps in the process.
