An executive session pursuant to C.R.S. sec. 24-6-402(2)(a) (property transaction), C.R.S. sec. 24-6-402(4)(e) (negotiations) and sec. 24-6-402(4) (b) (conferences with an attorney) for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators, as well as receiving legal advice concerning the potential lease or sale of the City’s mineral rights and implications thereof
