Summary and Background Information:
The proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UD&FCD) would require the City to contribute a proportional share of the costs of a Major Drainageway Plan (MDP) for the Second Creek Drainage Basin. The UD&FCD will simultaneously conduct a Flood Hazard Area Delineation (FHAD) Study that they will fund on their own.
