Summary and Background Information

In June of 2020, the City solicited proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive city-wide assessment of facilities. Joe Wilson, Public Works Director presented details of the assessment, scope of services, and associated costs on 7.26.21.  Based on his presentation staff was directed to prepare an ordinance appropriating funds for the priority one projects and the design work for items related to the facility assessment and ADA audit.
