RESOLUTION AMENDING COUNCIL POLICY #CP-7 REGARDING THE PROCEDURE FOR NAMING CITY FACILITIES

Summary and Background Information: Council Policy #CP-7 was adopted August 31, 2009 by Resolution 2009-31 and identified the procedure for naming facilities. It was the intent of Council to provide an organized and uniform process for naming of city facilities.
At the June 30, 2014 Study Session, Council provided input and feedback regarding updating this policy to provide additional structure and process. Staff researched other municipalities and compiled along with Council input for a redraft of Council Policy #CP-7.
