Summary and Background Information: This resolution is to authorize the signing of the 2016, 2017, 2018 Intergovernmental Agreement between Adams County and the City of Commerce City regarding participation in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) as part of the Urban County and Participating Jurisdiction. Signing this IGA will allow the City to be included in the county's annual request to HUD for CDBG program funds.
