Summary and Background Information:
This item would allow staff to proceed with right-of-way and easement acquisition necessary for the Second Creek Infrastructure Improvements Project associated with the new recreation center. Two parcels of right-of-way and two slope easements are needed from one property owner. The total amount of property to be acquired equates to approximately 3.2 acres.
