Summary and Background Information: I have been working with Ms. Kara Kincaid's family to find a location to have an In Memoriam Park Bench installed within the city at Uriquidez-Centennial Park. Through my journey, I have been unsuccessful obtaining the necessary funds from Adams County and look to City Council to support having our City Staff have this request fulfilled in honor of Kara. The cost is approximately $4K to complete.
