Summary and Background Information:  

The Adams County School District 14 has adopted a ballot issue for the November 5, 2013 election which places a proposed property tax increase to a vote of the electors.  The proposal seeks to increase district taxes by up to $7.45 million annually to increase the district's debt by $44 million to acquire, construct and improve district captial assets.
