Summary and Background Information:  

The City is overlaying East 72^nd Avenue as part of the 2012 Pavement Rehabilitation Program.   The South Adams County Water and Sanitation District is requesting that the City's contractor do some rehabilitation work on their manholes while the City has a contractor in the area.  The South Adams County Water and Sanitation District will pay the City for the manhole rehabilitation work.

Staff Recommendation:  Staff recommends that City Council approve the resolution and the IGA.
