Summary and Background Information:
• The City and the Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District have existing public improvements to which the new GIDs must attach their improvements.
• The City and the three GIDs agree to cooperate on the design of the public improvements.
• Once the GIDs build the public improvements those improvements are turned over to the City to own and maintain.
• All four parties agree to jointly fund and implement the public improvements.
• The four parties agree to issue bonds on behalf of any one or more of the other parties as set out in separate "Project Funding Agreements".
• This IGA provides for the above listed points.
