Summary and Background Information:  
Fronterra Park is the first neighborhood park being built as a result of the 2K initiative passed by voters in November 2013. The park is just under 20 acres in size and is located between Second Creek Elementary and Stuart Middle School in the Fronterra subdivision. A public bid process was completed and a contractor has been chosen. (See also "Award Recommendation" document, presentation, and bid spreadsheet.)
