RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO DESIGNATED BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF COMMERCE CITY

Summary and Background Information:
An audit was conducted in January of this year of the Boards and Commissions Members with expiring terms in February. A letter was mailed out to each of those members and a response was requested by either e-mail/mail by February 1, 2013 if they desired to continue service on their respective boards and commissions. A list was complied and is being presented to Council.
Additionally, Council interview applicants for current vacancies and are ready to appoint individuals to various board and commissions.
After reappointments have been made, the City Clerk's Office will evaluate the remaining openings and initiate the advertising process to fill any vacancies.
