AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2020 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO BY THE RECOGNITION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE  GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $77,507 FOR THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 PUBLIC SAFETY NEEDS AND MITIGATION AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE EXPENDITURES THEREOF.

Summary and Background Information:  
This project will assist the Commerce City Police Department in Commerce City, Colorado during the execution of our Public Safety Response Plan while preventing, preparing and responding to public safety needs and mitigation efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and our response to the State of Colorado's Emergency Disaster Declaration on March 11, 2020.
