RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO 2012 INCENTIVES PROGRAM.

The 2012 Incentives Program was approved by Resolution 2011-67 on November 7, 2011 and became effective November 15, 2011. City staff have identified a need for revisions to the program for projects that may provide significant economic development benefit to the community, but do not meet current program criteria.

Funding Source: The Incentives Program is funded through rebates of fees paid to the City and/or rebates of sales and/or use tax remitted to the City.
Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of this program amendment.
Suggested Motion: Move to approve Resolution 2012-28 amending the 2012 Incentives Program.
