Resolution No. 2024-067 authorizes the City Council to grant a utility easement to United Power, Inc, substantially in the form attached, on behalf of the City.
United Power, Inc.is in the process of replacing overhead electric utilities, crossing Commerce City parcel 0156932400002 located along the north side of E. 120th Ave. between Laredo Street and Buckley Road, with underground electric utilities contained with a 4-inch PVC conduit along with two switch cabinets and two pull boxes.
