Summary and Background Information:  The E-470 Public Highway Authority Transportation Safety Foundation operates exclusively to promote charitable giving, public safety, transportation safety, driver education, and other educational purposes. This grant award will fund "A Day at the Commerce City Police Department".  This will be a one-day event for youth and parents to learn about transportation safety, law enforcement, meet the Chief of Police, interact with officers, have the opportunity to see police vehicles and tour the police department. Funds will be used to purchase food, giveaways, bike helmets and t-shirts.
