An executive session of the City Council of the City of Commerce City pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f)& (g) for the purposes of considering documents protected by the mandatory nondisclosure provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, specifically for the consideration of application materials related to the recruitment of a City Attorney and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators regarding the recruitment of the City Attorney.
