Summary :
Over the next few months, staff will be providing updates to the City Council on a variety of projects and topics to be further studied at a future Council retreat. The items include, but are not limited to: CIPP, QCF budget, Parks service and sustainability model, golf enterprise budget, legislative issues, economic development incentive program, feasibility study for the MHGP, new GID for the E-470/DIA influence area, and the results from the Quality Community Initiative. The QCI presentation is scheduled for January 28, 2013, and staff is requesting the City Council consider scheduling a retreat in February and solicit the assistance of an outside facilitator. Formal action is requested on November 5 or 19 so staff may commence with scheduling the event.
