RESOLUTION AMENDING LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMERCE CITY E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND DIATC METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

Summary and Background Information:
• On April 1, 2013 the ECAGID approved a Loan Agreement between the ECAGID and the DIATC Metropolitan District.
• The signatures required by the requisition process established in the Loan Agreement is overly cumbersome in that it requires the same signatures as for the Loan Agreement, namely those of the Chair, Secretary, Assistant General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer.
• The only signatures needed for the requisition process is that of the Chief Financial Officer.
This resolution approves and authorizes the amendment of the Loan Agreement to provide for the single signature.
