• The properties are already annexed into Commerce City, and zoned as part of the Second Creek Village PUD.
• The properties south of the 2nd Creek Floodplain are designated for commercial development, and those north of the 2nd Creek Floodplain are designated for residential development.
• No development is currently proposed.
Inclusion information
• The properties will be included into SACWSD.
• The remaining properties within the Second Creek Village PUD are already included within the NIGID.
• 11 total parcels associated with this request: two owned by Tri B Associates and nine owned by 217 Associates.
