Summary and Background Information:  
In order to accommodate the construction of the North Metro Commuter Rail Project, a portion of city-owned right-of-way is required to be dedicated to the Regional Transit District, (RTD). The parcel is 152 square feet in size or 0.003 acres. It is located east of the Burlington Ditch and north of Sand Creek. Dedication of this land will be completed through a quit claim deed.
