2022 Work Plan Goals and Targets

Background Information:
During the 2021 Winter Retreat, Council developed five new Council goals to inform the 2022 work plan. Additionally, Council gave staff direction in creating the list of targets under the goals for the 2022 work plan. Based on this input, staff prepared a document listing the goals and targets for 2022. Staff and Council reviewed this draft document at the June 7 meeting. Based on Council’s feedback, Staff has prepared a revised version of the document for Council’s approval.
Purpose:
This presentation is to give Council an opportunity to review the goals and targets prior to adoption. If Council has any feedback, staff can incorporate changes to this document. If Council’s consensus is to approve this document, it may be adopted as the 2022 work plan.
