Summary and Background Information: Request staff to conduct research on how other municipalities assess paperwork identifying puppy breeders and origins to see if it is compliance with State and Federal laws followed by a presentation of recommendations that policy or license conditions could be adopted to reduce the number of puppy mills operating in the city.
