Summary and Background Information:  In order to comply with requirements of the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS), the term "firefighting activities" must be amended due to the fact it is broad enough to allow discharges into the MS4 that violate the City's CDPS permit.  The Code should prevent undesirable discharges into the MS4 related to non-emergency firefighting activities.  Therefore, the above term needs to be amended to reflect "emergency firefighting activities."
