An executive session of the City Council pursuant to C.R.S. sec. 24-6-402(4)(a) for the purpose of discussing the purchase of improved real property for multiple uses including offices, materials and equipment storage, and land for passive recreation uses, and also pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategies for negotiations, and instructing negotiators, specifically with regard to the acquisition of said real property.
