Summary and Background Information:  
The site is approximately 2.5 acres and is currently located in unincorporated Adams County.  The site is on the east side of Potomac Street and is currently used as a single family detached residence.  The applicant is proposing to annex (AN-231-14) the site into the City of Commerce City along with subdividing the parcel into 2 lots.  After annexing and subdividing, the requested zoning of newly annexed land (Z-909-14) is AG for the northern lot and R-1 for the southern lot located at 10730 Potomac Street.  As a part of the subdivision, right-of-way is being dedicated for both Potomac Street and E. 108th Avenue.
