Summary and Background Information: The purpose of the presentation is to:
· Inform to gain understanding of the CFFF
· Advise about upcoming needs
· Update about changes
· Ask for continued support
We will present a general overview of the Foundation to gain an understanding of what it is and what it isn't; what we have accomplished and why it is still needed. We will discuss what we've done to respond to the housing market downturn, our fee structure going forward and new terms of agreement.
Handouts (paper/electronic): brochure, information sheet, and copy of 2001 City Council resolution supporting the Foundation. We will emphasize why it is important to have Commerce City's ongoing support for the builder and developer participation into the future.
