Summary and Background Information:
• The City has agreements with the Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District and the E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District whereby the City manages and provides the staffing necessary to administer the GIDs.
• This IGA provides the same structure between the City and the ERAGID so that the City manages and provides the staffing necessary to administer the ERAGID.
