RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROGER TINKLENBERG AS INTERIM CITY MANAGER AND APPROVING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Summary and Background Information:
This resolution appoints Roger Tinklenberg as the Interim City Manager for an indefinite period and approves an employment agreement for that role. The agreement provides the following compensation: an annual base salary of $207,000.00; an increase in the matching amount for the City's 401(a) deferred compensation plan from 6% to 8% related to the executive role; and maintenance of Mr. Tinklenberg's other existing benefits. Mr. Tinklenberg will return to his current position of Deputy City Manager when no longer serving as Interim City Manager.
