Resolution Approving City 2012 HUTF Report

Summary and Background Information: The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) annually provides the City with funds from the State Highway User Tax Fund (HUTF) related to roadway use within the City. To receive the funds, the City must submit an annual inventory report of total HUTF eligible roads, which must include a signature sheet signed by the Mayor. This resolution is for City Council to approve the inventory report and authorize the Mayor to sign the signature sheet.
