Summary & Background
The Parks, Recreation and Golf department is giving an updated presentation of the Buffalo Run Clubhouse renovation/expansion.
Prior meeting dates to the clubhouse project are:
8/19/24 (Executive Session)
7/22/24
4/8/24
9/14/23 (Meeting at Bison Grill, not an official study session)
4/25/22
The budget of the clubhouse is $13,677,240. The 7/22/24 meeting confirmed that updated bids requested by council were still over budget. Council discussed wanting to see the project within budget. Also discussed by council was several options:
*Minimum budget to "refresh" the clubhouse
*What can be completed without using entire budget
*What can be completed using entire budget
*Vacating project
These 4 options will be presented with estimated totals of construction for each option.
Staff will be asking council for a final recommendation of the 4 options.
