Summary and Background Information:
The objective of this year's annual city council retreat was to develop an action plan for building and funding long-term capital projects, building on the work of the Quality Community Initiative (QCI) stakeholder group. In addition to looking and various projects and revenue streams, city council also desired more information on public outreach and education needs associated with this process. The attached presentation provides draft messaging, scheduling and next steps for the March 25 study session discussion.
