RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTH ADAMS COUNTY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT FOR SANITARY SEWER OR WATER PIPELINES

Summary and Background Information:
The easement will be for a new sewer main that will provide service for future industrial development. The new sewer main requires the extension of South Adams County Water and Sanitation District’s infrastructure through Parcel K of the Buffalo Highlands Development, which is dedicated to the City as open space.
