AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMMERCE CITY REVISED MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 2-3006 ENTITLED CITIZEN PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY BOARD TO ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 2
Body
The Citizens Advisory Board for Public Safety was authorized in the 2016 Police Department budget and is under development based upon the guidance and direction from the City Council. Based on the direction received from City Council, Ordiance No. 2083 was created for the formulation of the Board. The proposed composition of the board has been determined to be an odd number of 11 members. If this is not the desired number Council wishes to see participating, that number can discussed.
