Summary and Background Information:
The Commerce City Information Technology Department is seeking to enter into a new contract with NeoGov for the continued access and the support of the NeoGov Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software. The Human Resources department uses the HRIS platform Insight module for recruitment processes, applicant evaluation and tracking, the governmentjobs.com platform for posting job opportunities, the new employee on-boarding module to support the new employee processes and automation, and the Learn module to promote new employee on-boarding and learning. Along with these modules, there are a number of integrations to support process efficiency and integration with the ERP system. These tools are critical to the operations of the Human Resources Department and continue to provide the tools needed to onboard and train new employees at the City. The NeoGov HRIS supports the Commerce City Council goal of High-Performing Government.
Solicitation Activity: The acting City Manager approved a single source waiver.

Suggested Motion: Move to approve Resolution 2025-004, authorizing award of contract for the HRIS system software and support to Governmentjobs.com, Inc d/b/a NeoGov.
