Summary & Background
Paradice Island Pool has a number of lateral water lines that have failed throughout the years, reducing the number of active water features and pool functions. The effected lateral lines cannot be easily replaced without demolition of majority of the pools and pool deck.
To bring the pool back to whole, the project will involve selective demolition of pools and pool decks, removing and replacing all underground pool piping, replacing perimeter ceramic tile, repair and refurbishment of play structures, and new pool plaster. All work will be inspected by a third party consultant to verify proper installation. The Paradice Pool Repair project was put out for RFP for construction services, with emphasis on schedule driven results, experience, and knowledge of high quality installations and products.
