Summary and Background Information: The goal for this motion is to direct city staff to move forward the Commerce City 2045 plan to public hearing for feedback. The comprehensive plan sets forth the community's vision, goals and policies to guide development and investment decisions. Commerce City is currently working off of a Comprehensive Plan that is over fourteen years old adopted in 2010 based on feedback in 2009.
