Summary and Background Information: Dr. Bruce Hastings has served the Commerce City community as the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge's Deputy Project Leader. During his 29-year tenure, Bruce has been instrumental in the Arsenal's restoration, preserving the history of the site and reintroducing native species such as the bison and black-footed ferret.
Dr. Hastings will retire from the Refuge at the end of 2016. This proclamation honors Dr. Hastings years of service.
