Summary and Background Information: I would like to make a motion to add a Special Meeting under the Administrative Council Business a topic about how we, Councilmembers, can work together increasing our efficiencies. This meeting would solely be all Councilmembers and the City Attorney only. This special meeting would need to occur on a weekend and not part of a regular meeting or study session similar to the retreat we recently had.
