RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTH ADAMS COUNTY WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT

Summary & Background:
Commerce City, pursuant to that Cost Share Agreement relating to the construction of improvements to 112th Avenue from Chambers Road to Parkside Drive North, agreed to acquire certain property interests needed for the construction of that project, including the dedication of an access easement to the South Adams County Water & Sanitation District (“SACWSD”) relating to access to the SACWSD facilities within the project area. The proposed resolution approves the easement using a form regularly used by the City and SACWSD. The easement covers an area consisting of 22,943 square feet between the 9th green and 112th Avenue, across from the golf course maintenance facilities. The area is reflected in Exhibit A to the resolution and Exhibit D to the Cost Share Agreement.
